How It Works

Step 1

Set Your Bearings

Before the workshop, you’ll complete a short, guided exercise designed to help you identify where you feel stuck—both physically and mentally. This exercise will clarify your starting point and what you hope to achieve, preparing your mindset for possibility and action.

Step 2

Inviting Movement Back

We’ll work together in an interactive 90-minute live online session that blends movement and coaching. During the movement practice, you’ll engage in simple, dynamic sequences designed to awaken your energy and release tension. This physical experience will help you overcome stagnation and reconnect with your body in a meaningful way.

Building on this energized state, the coaching segment will guide you to translate the physical release into mental clarity and creativity. You’ll explore how these insights can empower you to reimagine your professional path. Together, we’ll identify practical, actionable steps to align your daily life with your core values and goals.

Step 3

Momentum Tools

After the session, you’ll receive a collection of tools to sustain your progress:

- A movement practice guide to continue your journey
- A guided visualization audio track for focus and clarity
- A personalized action plan template to implement your goals
- A recording of the session for self-paced review

Step 4

Keep Moving

Approximately 7–10 days after the workshop, we’ll meet again for a 30-minute follow-up session. Together, we’ll review your progress, address any challenges, and refine your next steps to ensure you’re fully equipped to maintain the positive changes you’ve started.

I’m intimidated by movement or very fit people—will this workshop be a good fit for me?

Absolutely! This workshop is designed to be accessible for everyone, regardless of fitness level or prior experience. There’s no competitive or gym-like atmosphere—just a supportive and welcoming space where you can reconnect with your body at your own pace. Our focus is on gentle, dynamic movement that works for _you_, not loud music or high-pressure fitness routines.

I’m not sporty or flexible. Can I still participate?

Yes, you can! This workshop isn’t about how “sporty” or flexible you are—it’s about rediscovering ease in movement and helping you feel more connected to your body. The practices we’ll do are adaptable to suit all levels of ability. You’ll leave with movements you can integrate into your daily life, no matter where you’re starting from.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely. There’s no need for specialized athletic wear—something as simple as stretchy pants and a t-shirt or whatever you feel relaxed in will work perfectly.

What space do I need?

A small, uncluttered area is all you’ll need—just enough room to stretch your arms and legs without hitting anything. A corner of a living room or a quiet spot in your home office is ideal. If you can lie down comfortably on the floor or sit in a chair with room to move your arms, you have more than enough space.

Do I need any special equipment?

Not at all. A sturdy chair and a yoga mat (if you have one) will be helpful, but they’re not required. If you have cushions, a rolled-up towel, or a blanket nearby, they can serve as substitutes to support your movement.

What if I can’t do a certain movement or feel discomfort?

That’s completely okay! The workshop emphasizes listening to your body and adjusting as needed. I’ll offer modifications for every movement, and you’re always welcome to pause, rest, or adapt. The goal is to make movement enjoyable, not stressful.

Is this workshop live, or can I access it later?

The main session is live to create an interactive and supportive environment. However, you’ll receive a recording of the session afterward so you can revisit the insights and exercises at your own pace.

Do I need prior experience with yoga or movement practices?

Not at all! This workshop is beginner-friendly and designed for those who may be returning to movement after a long pause. Each practice is carefully guided and adaptable for everyone.

How will this workshop help with my career or sense of purpose?

Through movement, we’ll release physical and mental tension, opening up space for creativity and clarity. This will be paired with guided coaching exercises to help you reflect on what truly matters in your career and life. By the end, you’ll have actionable steps to move forward with confidence and purpose.
