How Does It Work:

You’ll complete a short, guided exercise designed to help you identify where you feel stuck—both physically and mentally. This exercise will clarify your starting point and what you hope to achieve, preparing your mindset for possibility and action.

To sustain your progress you’ll receive a :

  •  personalized action plan template to implement your goals
  •  recording of the session for self-paced review

We’ll work together in an interactive 90-minute live online session that blends movement and coaching. During the movement practice, you’ll engage in simple, dynamic sequences designed to awaken your energy and release tension. This physical experience will help you overcome stagnation and reconnect with your body in a meaningful way.

Building on this energized state, the coaching segment will guide you to translate the physical release into mental clarity and creativity. You’ll explore how these insights can empower you to reimagine your professional path. Together, we’ll identify practical, actionable steps to align your daily life with your core values and goals.

Approximately 7–10 days after the workshop, we’ll meet again for a 30-minute follow-up session. Together, we’ll review your progress, address any challenges, and refine your next steps to ensure you’re fully equipped to maintain the positive changes you’ve started.
